How do I create a profile? |

Once
you’ve subscribed to our network, simply log in and click on the “My Profile”
link located at the top of any page.
Once you’ve reached the “My Profile” page click on the “Edit My
Profile” link. You are required to
give an answer to each item of this two-part form. Our system will reject your profile answers if you fail to
answer each item. You may
add your photos, music, and video clips by clicking on the appropriate tabs in
the "My Profile" page. These additions to your profile
will serve to draw more attention to your profile.
Be
creative and Christ-like with your profile.
Please respect the terms of our service or you will be removed. |

How do I edit or update my
profile? |

You may
edit your profile at any time by logging in and clicking on “My Profile” at
the top of any page, then click on the “Edit My Profile" link. This is a two-part form. Simply go to the items that you want to
edit or update on part one and then click on “Proceed to Step 2” and edit or
update part two of this form. Once
you have finished Step 2 click on the “Save Information” tab. You may
add or delete photos, music, or video clips by clicking on the appropriate
tabs in the "My Profile" page. Be
creative and Christ-like with your profile.

membership allows you to take full advantage of all of our online
features. Our Online Store is available
for you to use and make online purchases. |

suspend my subscription without deleting my profile? |

You may
temporarily suspend your subscription by clicking on the “My Account” tab and
then click on the “Suspend” link located in the “Member Info” box. This will take you to another page where
you can suspend your account and make it temporarily unavailable for search
and contact by other Subscribers. You
may suspend your account by clicking on the “Suspend Account” tab. The “My Account” tab is located at the top
of every page. |

How do I cancel my
subscription? |

cancel your subscription, click on the “My Account” tab and then click on the
“Unregister” tab to have your account deleted from our system. The “My Account” tab is located at the top

Can I email other members? |
|

Only
paid subscribers can email other members at any time. You can initiate an email to any of our
members by viewing their profile.
Once your in their profile scroll down to the “Actions” box and click
on the “Send Letter” link to email your message. Please notice that you will have a number of other actions at
your disposal regarding this member via the “Actions” box. |

How can I remain anonymous? |

You are
not required to identify yourself with any of our subscribers. You may remain anonymous using a nickname
of your choice.
ChristianSinglesNet.org uses an email system to preserve your
privacy. No one will know your
private email address unless you reveal it in your online communication. If you decide to communicate directly with
anyone on your own via your private email account from your home commuter, we
recommend that you turn off your auto-signatures and auto-responders. If you don't, you may be unintentionally
sending your personal information with your message. Do not copy (cc:) or forward email to
yourself when you send a message from your own email program unless you truly
know the person whom you are communicating with. |

Where do I go to send and receive
emails from other members? |

Simply
click on the “My Mail” tab located at the top of every page. This takes you to your email account on
our network. This is where you can
send and receive emails to and from other members. You have the have your message sent to other member’s personal
email address or to this web site email only or both. Also, due to your email provider’s
automatic blocking and filtering, receiving your email is not guaranteed, or
can be delayed. If you decide to only
communicate via our web site email, your email will not be lost and it will
be visible to the member you are trying to reach. |

How do I stop someone from
emailing me? |

You can
stop anyone from emailing you, but you will first need to locate this
person’s profile by doing a search via the “Members” tab. Enter the person’s Nickname and click on
the “Search” tab. This will take you
to this individual’s profile. At the
Member’s profile section scroll down to the “Actions” box and click on the
“Block” link. This will block this
person from sending you email and viewing your profile. |

How do I unblock someone to
resume communication with me? |

You may
resume communication with anyone whom you have blocked by clicking on the “My
Mail” tab and then clicking on the “I Blocked” link. This will bring you to a list of people
whom you have blocked. Select the
person whom you desire to unblock by checking the box next to their Nickname,
then click on the “Unblock” tab. You
will now be able to resume communication with this person. |

How do I change my
Nickname, Password, or Email address? |

Once you have logged on to your account you may change your Nickname and Password information. Click on the “My Account” link located at the top any page, then click on the “My Settings” tab and make the appropriate changes. |
